Orders are processed during our business hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Custom or made-to-order items, such as graphics or personalized electronics, may require additional time.

 

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout: UPS GROUND: 1-7 business days, USPS Priority Shipping: 1-4 Days, Pickup: Free in-store pickup during business hours at 1216 Pleasant Valley Blvd Suite 204 Altoona Pa 16602. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or holiday demand. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or material. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
